Michelley85 and I are having a friendly competition with one another. We are starting a thread to inform everybody of this, because we're awesome and we can do what we want. Anyway, all who would like to join are more than welcome.

The challenge is 22 weeks long and will run from April 6th - September 6th. I know, I know...22 weeks is a weird amount of time, but we both have weddings to go to in September, so that's our goal.

The challenge is going to be based on the PERCENTAGE OF BODY WEIGHT LOST in order to make it fair for everyone involved. To add an extra incentive to lose weight, the challenge will also have prizes and punishments.


* The winner will obviously need to pick out their own bathing suit, to make sure it fits. Once the new bathing suit is picked out, I will immediately transfer the cost of the bathing suit into the winner's checking account, with a limit of $50.


* No faces are required in any pictures. We will respect those who choose to keep anonymous.

To help us keep track of our progress, I have created a spreadsheet that will calculate the following...

- Total loss of body weight %
- Total weight change
- Weight change from week to week
- LBs needed to reach "goal weight"
- Current BMI
- Total BMI change
- BMI change from week to week
- Total body measurement changes
- Body measurement changes from week to week

* The body measurements are neck, chest, bicep, forearm, wrist, waist, hip, thigh, calf and ankle.

I have entered formulas in the spreadsheet which will AUTOMATICALLY calculate everything for you. All you have to do is enter your current weight for each week and your current measurements for each week and everything will be calculated for you.

You obviously don't have to use this spreadsheet, but if you would like to use it, send me an e-mail and I will respond with a Microsoft Works file, containing the spreadsheet. Be sure to make the subject "WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE", so I don't accidentally delete it, thinking that it's spam. I might not recognize your e-mail address, so tell me who you are as well.

If I get sex out of the deal, I'll WALK that distance. But, then I'd be too tired to perform when I finally got there. So, that's not a good idea. Bike? No, still too tired. Bus? Yeah, I'll take a bus.

Oh, and my cheesecake recipe is the best one ever. Funny cheesecake story...

When I was in culinary school, we had to take baking and pasty classes, which are boring as hell, so me and my friend would always goof around and do what we wanted so we could make it fun. So, we had to make a dessert buffet for our school one day and we had to make 5 or 6 different things (of our choice).

I was like, "I'm making some mother fucking cheeeeesecaaaaake..."

So, I made a try of cheesecake, but I wanted to do something awesome with it. As I was thinking of what to do, I cut the cheesecake into little bite-sized rounds, for individual portions. Then, I made a white chocolate ganache and coated each piece of cheesecake with it. On top of the ganache, I put a raspberry in the middle and 3 blueberries around the outside. My chef (instructor) walks up to me and goes, "UMM, what exactly are those? Little cheesecakes? Nice idea!"

So, I was like, "NO NO NO. They are not CHEESEcakes...they're FREEDOM cakes." You know, because they were red, white and blue?

That's not a very good story, is it? Fuck it, I don't care. It's 7AM and I haven't been to bed yet.
