Rep Power: 20 | | Good luck to all of you! Come on girls! You have been kicking but every month and I see some of you are once again off to a great start. Good luck to the new guys too! Wish I was still losing 2 or 3 lbs per week!
I am not going to participate this month but it might end up being my best month yet since I will really be hitting the cardio hard for my upcoming triathlon. I'll chime in each week to see how ya'll are doing.

Percentage lost: 1.85%
To find your percentage
Take your starting weight - ending weight = Pounds lost
Then divide pounds lost/ starting weight and get the percentage lost

It feels good! I'm struggling so bad with even getting started losing these last 10 pounds. I've only lost 1 pound in the past 3 weeks.  Makes me sad.
