April Challenge!
ALOHA everyone!
I've been waiting for someone to start an April Challenge thread so now I'm just gonna do it myself!
Copied from the March Challenge though...
Let's try to lose 1 percent of our
body weight a week for the month of April!
Feel free to change the weigh-in dates to suit your needs.
Don't worry if you don't lose 1 percent, do the best you can!
Copy & paste to your own post and update it weekly.

Percentage lost: ___________________
To find your percentage
Take your starting weight - ending weight =
Pounds lost
Then divide
pounds lost/ starting weight and get the percentage lost
