I've been waiting for someone to start a May Challenge thread so now I'm just gonna do it myself!
Copied from the March and April Challenge though...
Let's try to lose 1 percent of our body weight a week for the month of May!
Feel free to change the weigh-in dates to suit your needs.
Don't worry if you don't lose 1 percent, do the best you can!
Copy & paste to your own post and update it weekly.

To find your percentage
Take your starting weight - ending weight = Pounds lost

May 7 = 277.6 pounds
May 14 = 280.2 (my last reading, after last Friday had me up to 281.6, but since than I have totally changed the way I eat. I am only eating fruit instead of the junk food. And I have started walking and will be joining Curves in July, because in summer heat I tend to stay inside and not go for the long walks. So I am hoping my next weigh in, which will be next Friday will be better. Congrats to everyone else for your hard work!!!!!!!

May 28 = 276.8 (Finally a good loss, not in the 280s anymore!!)

Rep Power: 10 | | Last couple of weeks have been stressful in so many ways. On May 1st I weighed in at 164.8, I had gained like 3 lbs from the week before (finals, personal problems etc etc = overeating, not exercising)
Today 9 days later I already lost 5 lbs! Good start for MAY!!
