Well I have been MIA for the past week or so. I did weigh myself last week but just kept putting off coming on here and recording it.
June 1: 155.6
June 8: 155.0 (-0.6)
June 15: 156.6 (+1.6)
June 22: 159.6 (+3.0)

I blame the gain on myself. I have been trying to exercise still but I have been having trouble sticking to my diet. I had a traumatizing weekend last weekend and ate bad as a result. Then my aunt came to visit for the week and my willpower kinda went out the window. Ėts my first day in a week without cheating at all so hopefully I can at least be down 1 lb for the end of the month LOL. I need to crack down on my cravings and my willpower. Great job everyone!!! Your all doing SOOOO WELLL!!!

Well, I had a very long weekend. One of my good friends moved. So, us girlies got toghter with another good friend and we hung out and bbq. The very next day my pal had a bbq for her son's b-day. So friday and Saturday seemed forever and busy. In all, when there is a bbq it's hard not to eat all the good stuff.. I enjoyed every minute of it . I didn't gain but I didn't lose. That's okay, I am back on track and still motivated.
Congrats to all those who have lost this week!!! YAY!!! Keep going.
And for those who haven't it's A okay.. Keep positive and drink lots of water!

Good morning everyone! Well, why is it that I wake up this morning and decide to wiegh myself. And I wiegh 160 But on monday I stayed the same. Don't get me wrong I am happy as ever. I hope it stays the same or less on tuesday !! Well, just had to share my thoughts..

June 15: 114.9kg (253.31 pounds)
June 22: 113.7kg (250.66 pounds)
June 30: 113.9kg (251.10 pounds)
Total June loss = 2.2kg or 4.85 pounds :| bit dissapointing, but it is not great surprise, I had a few weeks of birthdays and lots of over eating and drinking LOL it was good fun though! and over all I am still on track and happy

So since 1st of June I managed to lose 13.2 lbs. That is a big success for me. On Sunday I celebrated my success with baileys ice cream, pina colada and sushi and still lost weight.

Well I am down to 161!!! I am okay with that! I think in all I have lost slowly but surely I think I just need to switch up my workouts now. CONGRATS!!! To those who have lost!!!!! YAY!!!!!
