Heres the July-Postcard Challenge!!  Weigh-ins are on WEDNESDAYS this month! Of course, you are welcomed to change the weigh ins dates as it suites you.... I decided to do something different for this challenge...maybe it would motivate us to loose more?? A few yrs ago, me and my friends came up with a challenge like this, and we all agreed that the person who had the biggest percentage lost, would recieve a post card of congratulations from everyone participating in the challenge. Not only was it a postcard, but one from the state/city that each participant lived in. It was really fun to do and the winner really enjoyed getting the postcards from all over the world. I think that it would really help shake things up to do it again....what do you all think?!?! Please, only join if you are willing to send a card. Good luck everyone!!! Lets make this a kick-butt month!!!

This is exciting for me! Its what I'm going to consider, my "come-back" challenge. I've been soooo out of the weight-loss loop for so long. I need this challenge to get me back on track.

I'm in! I need to hit my short term goal by 8/13 and this will definitely help. I believe I have 37.8 lbs to lose by then as of today. Having the postcard idea was an amazing thought for motivation!
