ah well, i am back to my 158
pounds after jumping back and forth. i am left with less than a month and around 13 more
pounds to go. even if i lose 10 more
pounds, ill be able to fit in my old clothes that i plan to wear during my vacation. Otherwise, it will be heck of a waste as i had such nice clothes all set for my vacation and i cant fit into them!
Can u recommend any exercise for lower and upper tummy and back, especially where your bra strap is? i need to tone down while trying to lose weight.
if u exercise, u might not lose weight but u do lose inches.... reason being, 1pound of
fat is all blubber and big and on the other hand 1
pound of lean muscle is heavy but small in size.
ill try this method to fit in my clothes, lets see what works but i am getting desperate now!!
