Rep Power: 0 | | I'm at 100, by the time I get off work, get home, watch a little tv I should be at 140 - 150. By the way, all the excersize I get walking to the bathroom is an added bonus. 20 in 30 out it seems like. Oh well, back to work  |

Rep Power: 0 | | I did it !! I drank 64 ounces today and yesterday !! I ended up buying myself a bottle that holds 32 ounces, 1L of water in it, and I onl yhave to drink 2 a day...and to be honest I am pretty sure I drank 3 bottles today but I don't really remember... I got into my exercises and don't know if I ended up refilling my bottle or just drank the rest of my 1st !! Oh well ! I know I definitely did two today !! Monday I'll aim for 3... I'd do it tomorrow but I'm gone out of town tomorrow and travelling and having to go pee often... NO THANKS !! It's bad enough travelling with a toddler ! haha Anyways Way to go everyone !! This has been fun so far ! |
