06/01/07 - 80 oz
07/01/07 - 48 oz - Bad Water Day
08/01/07 - getting back on track. Already up to 32oz (10:45am).
Next weekend will be better. I always struggle to get in my water at home. |

Saturday- I drank 32 oz. for sure !
Sunday - I think maybe 28oz...
Sorry I'm so bad...but today is a new day ! and it's a new start to a week !!

I drink between 1 to 2 gallons a day, I think.
My soups (of which I have at least 2 each day) are about 20 ounces or so, and my water glass is 22 ounces (which I drink about 4 or 5 times a day).
I figure my fruit intake must help a wee bit too....but it's mainly the soup/water glass thingees that work for me.
