Rep Power: 16 | | I think its great that we are all posting these pictures, and it will be so worth it at the end of the summer when we can see the vast improvements that our bodies will have undergone.
It's funny, I am so much less ashamed of my body now...its like, I know I'm fat, and I am fine with other people knowing that as well because I know that I am doing something to help it. I am no longer just one of the obese American people who sit around doing nothing but eating fries and pizza. I am making a difference and I am going against the statistics of how so few of morbidly obese people ever reach a normal weight. Lol my roomate called me vain because I take pictures so often to track my progress
So, way to go people for posting your pictures. And I can't wait to see all of ya'lls pictures at the end of this challenge!!! |

I walked 1.5 hours a day yesterday and I will today too, and I'm gonna do a proper workout tomorrow!

Rep Power: 0 | | | how is everyone! Hello Day two! Hope everyone is feeling great! I did Tae-Bo for an hour yesterday! I love the workout it kicks your a@#! I also did 500 crunches because I really want that flat tummy! I ate healthy. I generally eat about 5 small meals a day and eat whatever I want on Sundays as a reward.
I hope you are all doing fantastic. Come on everyone LETS GET PHYSICAL!!  |

Rep Power: 25 | | I had volleyball practice yesterday, and did 120 crunches, a minute of planks, leg lifts, and pushups.
Will probably go for a walk today with the dog, and do more toning stuff. *eyes the bikini in the shop window*

Rep Power: 0 | | | weigh ins I like we should weigh in at least every two weeks and possibly once a week. Maybe Mondays? That way we can watch our progress and make changes as needed. Measurements are a great tool too, because while we may not always lose pounds we do lose inches. I worked out for almost 6 weeks before I started losing weight finally. But I also lost 4 inches. So to keep ourselves motivated weekly weigh ins or measurements, whichever is comfortable to all of you. What does everyone think?  |
