WoW, I really like this forum, I finally have somewhere to go to where people will answer the questions I have. Anyway...
I was just wonderin, i see all these people that say they do like 15 minute ab work-outs and stuff, so am I doing it wrong?
My ab workout consists of: 25 Crunches with 5lb weight on my chest
20 to each side for obliques
15 Leg lifts for lower abs
I do that one time and thats it, about every other day usually.
When i work them out should I do that routine more than once? If so how many times? And should i work them every day or every other day?

i don't count, but I know that i don't go over 30 on any particular set ... if I can, then I switch to something harder. I do about 6x30 situps 3xWeek ... not much need to do more than that unless you are already trim down to nothing and having nothing else to work on
