Hey hows it goin everyone. I kind of have a problem and wondering if you could help. Does anyone have any healthy lunch ideas that they could give me? I need to have something that i can prepare quickly and easily because i don't have alot of time in the morning before school, and i'm not a cook at all.
My mom usually buys high-fat snacks, and I tell her to buy healthy things, and she asks me what i want but im not really sure what to tell her. So if anyone has any healthy lunch ideas that are quick and easy to prepare PLEASE HELP.

sandwiches are a good option for lunch make sure the bread is whole wheat/grain (not just brown, but that its says whole wheat/grains in the ingrediant list)you can fill it w/ chicken breast, tuna, salmon, with a low fat mayo or mustard. im not a fan of lunch meats most are high in fats and not to mention very high in salt. when i went to school the caf. had a microwave so i brought leftovers from home. like chicken and vegetables a little brown rice it was very good headted up the next day. you could have salad and some chopped up chicken breast with a little light dressing on the side alot of options out there you just have to find some that will work for you
yogurt and fruit are also easy additions to fill you up. I always had chicken or a tuna sandwich for my lunches as they keep really well, especially since i don't use any mayo on it ... just a few pickles on toasted multi-grain bread.
