Good Morning everyone! I know the 20 pd club just ended yest. but I am very eager to get another one started! Sooooo here we go! Based on a weight loss of 1.5 pounds a week, our 20 pound club will end on Sept 26. When we record our loss, lets start from this day so we are all on the same page. THis is a great chance for you newbies to jump in! Good luck everyone, weigh in is monday!!
Alrighty, I'm most definitely in! This 20lb club keeps me motivated and on track. In addition to my 20 lb goal, I also want to start drinking more water. For whatever reason, I've been seriously slacking on the water intake. Good luck to everyone, let's all meet our goals!

Ok, so i actually lost 5 pounds this week!!!! 5 pounds!!! BUT, 3 of those 5 are pounds I gained from the week before, so I'm only going to count a 2 pound loss. I am SOOO proud of myself!! I really almost can't believe I lost that much weight in one week. I worked hard though and really stuck to my diet. One pound seperates me from the 180's

i on the other hand am up to 148!!!up 3lbs!!!im retaining water so im hoping next week ill be back to 145 wish me luck lol
