Rep Power: 7 | | | I wish... Man, Pinkroses!! I wish my husband weighed 188!! He's 5'10" and 239!
I'm still under 150 and I'm so happy! I've been able to S-L-O-W-L-Y inch my way down!! It sure helps when the weather is becoming sunny enough to get out in the yard.
I hope that everybody had a happy mother's day!
My kids bought me flowers! They are so pretty.
Cheryl
Enjoy your day and eat your fruit & veggies!

Rep Power: 7 | | | A challenge? Is anybody up for a challenge for weight loss by June 21st? That's the first day of summer.
My mini goal is to be 145 by then. It's only 2.5 - 3 lbs, but I inch down so slowly that I need to be realistic.
What's your goal?
Cheryl

Rep Power: 293642 | | Hey Cheryl, thanks for inviting me to the 140s club! I must say I'm hoping to be ineligible for your club very very soon. Last I checked I was 140 so maybe soon I'll be in the 130s?? I had a bit of surgery that may help that along. We shall see when I weigh myself later. Hope you have a good one .

Rep Power: 7 | | | Welcome to you!! Great to see you Blancita!
I hope you break through that barrier of 140 soon! Wow have you lost a lot already! It took me forever to get through 150, but I finally made it. It WILL happen for you.
I was 146.5 this a.m. That's my low. I've hit it a couple of times, then gone up to 148 and back down. I hope to break through that barrier soon.
Everybody eat healthy this weekend and get some exercise!!
Ciao for now!
Cheryl

Rep Power: 185 | | I'll join you. I'm currently at 149, so I'll be here longer than anyone else, I suppose.. But I'll be sure to get company from the current 150s, if all of you decide to abandon me.
I'm all for the slow losing, just maybe not this slow...
Juliette

Welcome here Juliette! I'm so glad you are 149! You will probably beat me down to 140...I lose really slowly, as I am only half-hearted on my food choices.
How is it going, Blancita and 2Skinny?
My daughter made a rather fattening breakfast today, which I ate. Yesterday we were to my parents for lunch...which I ate. Saturday we went to a fair and ate at the booths, then had bbq with some guests. What can you do but try to be careful? It is reallly impossible to track calories when I eat that way.
So...I'm back at 148 this morning.
Everybody have a healthy week!
Cheryl

Rep Power: 1579 | | | The 140s are eluding me... Hi Cheryl;
I still belong to the 150s club, but I like to read in this club too. Welcome Blancita and Juliette!! If I want to succeed and get to the 140s, I MUST stop eating at "maintenance" level. It means staying at 1400 calories...religiously...for a couple weeks straight. I'm having too many cheat nights.
So, here's to good choices today and every day this week.

Rep Power: 1579 | | Hi Miracle. I'm 5'9" tall. And will be quite happy with 140 pounds...but would like to try for 135 to see how that looks/feels. 135 was my weight in my 20s. It may be too low now...but I'll see. Have a great week |

Rep Power: 7 | | | Wow, you are tall! How I wish I had another few inches of height!
I'm only 5'2" or so. One of my daughters only got to 5'1". Thankfully, the other one got to 5'6".
Do any of you have a tentative short term goal weight? Mine is 145 by June 21st (the first day of summer and our anniversary).
I've really been slacking off on keeping track of calories lately, so I need to get back on it.
Let's get AGGRESSIVE and lose!!
Cheryl

Rep Power: 185 | | I'll take that as a challenge. I'm very boringly at 149 and midsummer (June 21st) is four weeks away. I say 1 pound a week gets us to a joint goal of 145! Race ya'!

Rep Power: 7 | | | I'll try!! Okay Juliette!
I'll do my best to do the 145. It kind of makes it more serious to have a racing partner. Thanks!!
Anybody else??
Cheryl
