Rep Power: 35326 | | I've been slowly inching too; frustrating as hell, but my own fault. Poor food choices the last couple of months.
My goal right now is to get out of the 140s club by late June, in time for bathing suit season here. I'm not quite 5'2" myself, so that's getting close to my goal.

Rep Power: 39 | | Finally! I got weighed yesterday, and I am 10st 9lbs - 149lbs!
Can I join?
Also, looking at the BMI info on my ticker, I'm "normal"! I haven't been normal since I was about 10! |

Rep Power: 185 | | Congratulations, Miracle!
Official normalcy feels the same as the official adulthood (ask public transport company, police etc. and they'll tell my mom I'm an adult , I don't feel the least bit different...)
You're welcome to join us!

Rep Power: 32856 | | | Hope everyone has a great week! I'm going to the pool this afternoon to try out my ankle. I twisted it last week and the swelling is almost gone and it's just a little sore. Hopefully the pool will make it feel better! Hoping to be in the 140's soon.

Welcome to all the new 140s. Congrats!!
I am at a new low weight, too!! I weighed in at 146 for the last 2 days. I know it will probably waver (I had a peanutbutter & honey sandwich at 10:30 last night...), but I LOVE seeing a brand new number on the scale.
Okay ladies! Let's DO IT!

Rep Power: 7 | | | Aiming low Happy Monday to you!
I am 146.5 today. I still see hope for 145 by June 21st. I'm going to lay out dinner this morning so we don't have fast food tonight. That's our downfall here. I had 2 pieces of leftover pizza yesterday. I didn't have any when it was fresh, but the leftovers are SO easy to grab for lunch or dinner (or snack!).
What's new with you all?
Cheryl

Cheryl | I'm definitely not in the 140s, tha's actually close to my goal I try to make meals either the day before or at least have something planned or i'll go for something "quick" .. I find it's been working much better when I plan my meals

Rep Power: 39 | | | Just did a wonderful 30-45 mins worth of walking/running on the treadmill. It felt wonderful! I burned off 300 calories, but I'm about to go eat pasta. I'm wondering if what I've just burned off will have been for nothing?
I'm hoping to see a change in numbers tomorrow. I'm hoping for 148lbs! Wish me luck! |

Rep Power: 185 | | No burned calorie has ever been for nothing!!! Every little bit helps..
I managed to move closer to my goal. 147.8 in today's weigh-in. The goal of 145 by 21st June still seems possible, there's 2½ weeks to go.
Cheryl, you've definitely got it going! Great news, 146...

Rep Power: 4316 | | | I'm still sick...my doctor put me on some anti-biotics but he says that he thinks that it's just a really nasty asthma attack. Boo!! So, I haven't exercised since Wednesday and I'm back to 151.6...hopefully I'll get over this soon.
