I'm so happy is sunshiney today! I get a lot more exercise when I can go outside.
Sorry about your asthma...it's kind of nice to be able to breathe!!
I'm still stuck at 146 to 146.5. I've got to get serious. I need to plan dinner. I snacked all evening into night last night. They're not really terrible snacks, but they do stack up the calories when I eat several. I might as well as had a real dinner.
Is the weather nice where you are?
It's Friday!! Everybody Drink!! (your water...  )

Your weight goes up and down, your urine, food you've eaten, water you drink, everything counts. For your own sanity, I suggest weighing only once a week! Besides, it'll give you something to work towards. |

I got weighed on Tuesday. I'm 145lbs and 9 ounces.
Also I've noticed that my calves are smaller.
I couldn't keep my legs in my pants after realising that.
But then I remembered the marks on my legs and miserably covered them again.  |
