I'm so happy is sunshiney today! I get a lot more exercise when I can go outside.
Sorry about your asthma...it's kind of nice to be able to breathe!!
I'm still stuck at 146 to 146.5. I've got to get serious. I need to plan dinner. I snacked all evening into night last night. They're not really terrible snacks, but they do stack up the calories when I eat several. I might as well as had a real dinner.

help! i weighed 147 yesterday, now i weigh 154!?! could it be because i overrate yeterday? i had a burger and friend and 8 or 9 cookies...how is this possible?! i have been exercising every day and stuff....7 pounds in one day?!

This is why most people don't weigh themselves every day. Your weight goes up and down, your urine, food you've eaten, water you drink, everything counts. For your own sanity, I suggest weighing only once a week! Besides, it'll give you something to work towards.
I'm trying to get to 145 by the 21st. If I'm really good in the next few days, I can get there.

I'm making heroic efforts for reaching 145 by 21st but since my weigh-in today said 146.7, I'm working more for the future than this goal.
Won't give up though.

I got weighed on Tuesday. I'm 145lbs and 9 ounces.
Also I've noticed that my calves are smaller.
I couldn't keep my legs in my pants after realising that.
But then I remembered the marks on my legs and miserably covered them again.
