Rep Power: 0 | | | Excellent! These 140's, 130's, etc. groups are wizard... it's encouraging to hear the stories of people in a similar weightloss boat! I've got about 20 left to go... I'd love to drop ten before I leave for college on the 22 of August -- realistic?
My brain says no, but Odds Bodkins how the mirror begs to differ...

Well, I started this thread, and I'm still in the upper 140s!
I can't seem to keep it going after 146. I wonder if it's a mental thing that I backslide when I get really close!
I'm so inspired by all of you!
I'm going to be at a camp for 2 weekends, so I'll be trying to eat catered food. We'll see how that goes.

Rep Power: 0 | | I'm in the 140's club!!! All the way day from the 210's club :-( and XD !!! I set a a goal last august to be down to 135 by the 22nd, so I'm 14 pounds and less than two weeks away from my original goal date. It doesn't look like i'm gonna make it on time, but at least I am getting there if not a little slower than I would like. |

I'm looking forward to having the kids back in school in a few weeks. We've had a lot of company and travelling that really doesn't help me concentrate on what I need to be doing to be eating healthily. All it takes is some people to show up with a large box of doughnuts that sits on the table for me to have some problems!!
The weather here is getting cooler. I'm going to need to look at my exercise options for fall.
I have been walking around the block with my dad. Does anybody have ideas of what to do with an elderly father for really mild exercise?
