Awww, I know exactly how you feel. I quit smoking a few years back and my weight gets stuck too. For motivation...just remind yourself that lifestyle is a journey more than a destination, and you are on that journey. You have had a lot of success...getting your weight to 160...quitting smoking 10 days ago. That's fantastic.
Do you have an eating plan? Set things you will eat for your meals? Maybe you could do some menu planning, and get a sense of your caloric intake?
Exercise will really help you get
energy. As bizarre as it sounds...no matter how lethargic we feel, if we exercise, we will get more
energy. I experience this time and again, even when I'm suffering from insomnia.
