Talking How do I start?

Hey there. I am new here and I have been telling myself for weeks that I will start a diest. Which ones? I dunno. I don't have alot of workout time, okay, so maybe I don't want to take time out But I am an at home mother of two. 3yr old girl and a 1 yr old boy. I am 23, young still, but it seems like I keep on gaining and gaining. i dont seem to have alot of things. Like motivation and I swear no metabolism. I dont have a scale, the heck with it is the attitude I have. I am 5ft 2in., about 140 give or take. I am mostly around the "midsection"lol, aka spare tire. You all know, from stomach hips back. My husband says that is the toughest. I have heard about cortisol, and have thought about taking it for a little help. I would rather stop eating myself but it isnt healthy and that would be hard to do since i have to make snacks, breakfast lunch and dindin. ya know? I don't think that ...okay I may eat alot. But hell, food taste good!! and I have noticed if I am bored. I do have alot of stress in my life and I am not looking for excuses but after all that has went on maybe that has contributed to my the heck with it attitude. I dont like the way I look, want to change it, but gotta change something else first that I dont know. Well...oh yea, hi nice to meet you all....lol

I have thought of doing the programs or pills but then I realized that I could do most of those things myself . On all the commercials I see they always say that you should use them in conjunction with a exercise and sensible eating plan .

Now as far as eating plans , I just cut down on my portions . It was awful at first because I felt like I was still hungry . I would look at that one cup of pasta , small chicken breast and one cup of veggies and think it could never fill me up . Over time however I learned to listen to my body ....

Being "satisfied" didnt necessarily mean being "full " . I hated measuring for a while but it enabled me to eat what everyone else ate that I fixed just smaller portions . After a few months I dont even measure anymore for my saition level has gotten lower and I am full now where I used to not be .

I also knew I didnt put it on overnight so it wasnt going to come off overnight . I have 100 lbs to lose and have lost 27 in six months ...that seems forever to me . It has to be a lifestyle change and not just a quick fix.

I do sympathize with you having such young children because when you do have time running out to exercise probably isnt on the top of your list ...young children require a lot of energy . I would suggest maybe throwing them in the stroller and walking . I walk nearly three miles a day and I tell you though it isnt lifting weights and such its done what I need it to .

Maybe your husband can watch them for a hour or so in the evening and you could walk or whatever other exercise suits you and make that YOUR time . As a new mother time for yourself is precious . Heck as a mother of two that are fifteen and ten time for myself is precious .

Here is hoping for your sucess and I will look for your progress . Feel free to message me or email me if you wish . Good luck !!
