Hi everoyne I am new to the forums here.

I am looking to join a site the possibly can plan out a diet for me? What I had in mind was to have the ability to select all the foods I like etc and it can create a meal plan based around that?

Can anyone let me know if there is such a site that can do this free or cost.

if you already know what you like to eat - you can preplan your own menus in sites like FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal - just add in the foods you enjoy and it will calculate the daily calories.
Just remember to include all ingredients that you use
