I am sure that we will join you as soon as we can. Unfortunately it is not likely to be too soon for me. I will probably start to retain water any day now!

I may have started loosing again I was 156 this morning, a new number ! yay.
I also have to keep counting till Thursday at least but I may keep counting till the 140's.

Kgirl - Thanks - congratulations yourself - 156 is great!

I was eating a LOT of raisins. It was ok when I was getting a decent weight loss but it was less good when my weight loss slowed down. It actually took quite a bit of courage and quite a lot of calculation to stop them. Thankfully things are going ok now without them and my weight loss has certainly improved.

Sometimes change can be scary but necessary.

ARGH i got on scales this evening and it went 159.9 up to 160.0 back to 159.9 and then setteled on 160.1 lol.

Oh man I'm so happy! Down to 157.8
Tomorrow is my official weigh in day... so hopefully I'll be a little under what I weighed this morning... plus I went to the gym today hehe
