I had something interesting happen to me today...I woke up after doing legs last night... I ended up increasing my squat weight significantly... When I got out of the shower this morning, and looked in the mirror...I had red marks across my shoulders in the shape of a barbell.
I am doing some research on what they are...they are painless, and causing no discomfort....so not really an issue I think.
I have had that happen, its like a bruise from where the weight was sitting, I used to get those all the time when I was working out years ago, nothing to really worry about, if thats what it is.
Just thought I'd pop in and ask if I could join the 300 pound club, lol. 399.2 now, down almost 41 pounds in 11 weeks. Im quite happy to be in this club (ironic), but ill be ecstatic to be in the 200 pound club. Also ironically, Ill never be in the 100 club, lol, but 300 for now is great until i can join the 200 pound one permanently.
I did half an hour on the elliptical at 95-110 watts, a heart rate of 148-152, and a distance of 2.8 miles and burned 598 calories.happy hillbilly dance
My endurance is coming up. not long ago I could only do about 4 minutes but last night I got to the point where I was almost running. Man that was a pretty good workout. Think I'm gonna take today off;I still feel drained.
I did my weigh in and I'm down two more pounds so down to 374. It's slowly coming back off.....
I still have a love / hate relationship with my elipticle. Good job on yours!!

Hey Howie give colleen my best. I was laid up with a bad back and it hurts, no two ways about it. Tell her to take it easy and try not to aggravate it.

Hey guys I normally put in my weight on Fridays but this has been a bad week since I haven't been to the gym at all. I'm pretty sure I haven't gained but with no workouts don't think I have lost much either. I'll try and get to the gym tomorrow during the day. I hate going during the day because all the gym personal trainers and they really annoy me. They try and sell you like ten visits for like 299.oo If they were real trainers it would be ok but these are guys employed by the gym that have taken a CPR class and a few nutrition classes. I have no love for personal trainers but those guys there are even worse lol.
Chef I hope the bruising has gone away so you can pick back up on your workouts....
