Rep Power: 0 | | I'm sure this is old news but lately, when it's chilly out, but not below fifty, I walk outside. I read that your body burns fat trying to keep you warm, so, if you walk like 15 minutes, it's like walking 30 cos your body is burning twice the amt. I've lost ten pounds doing this... um, plus eating alotta soup and bread. But I hope to lose this gut one way or another. Happy holidaze! |

Rep Power: 25 | | So, how'd everyone's Christmas and New Years go? How much damage was done?
I had about a 2 kg (4.4 lbs) gain over Christmas, and I've yet to see what New Years has done, but from what I've seen, it should be good |

Rep Power: 0 | | Exactly 350 - I start today. Got a Wii Fit for Christmas - first goal is to get to 330 where I can actually use it. Heading for 250.
Others over 50 here?

Rep Power: 5 | | Sadly, this is a club I qualify for! If I can make it to the 200's I'll feel like I have a shot! I already can't believe I'm in the 300's! I guess living in a depression cave and eating feelings for a few years with no scale in site isn't a great method for staying healthy...
Currently weighed in at 313... |

Rep Power: 25 | | | Good to see some new members. Not that it's good that anyone's in the 300 lb club, but that we're making our way out of it. Welcome, and good luck with all your journeys!
And sheesh, that last post by berzerkerca reeks of spam. |

I'm only 10 pounds away from the land of 200's! TWOterville as it may be! If I actually get the scale to say something not beginning with a 3 one day I will learn how to do a back flip, and then do it! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Hey guys...I'm sorry to say that I'm not doing so good to start the year. I gained 6lbs during the holidays, and that puts me 3lbs heavier then when I started. I have been working out since October 8th and all I have to show for it is a 3 pound gain. |

When I have hit a road block in the past, I have generally just erased myself and then go even farther off track for WAY too long!
You're here, so you can do it! The Holidays are gone for now, and you have plenty of time to build up will power! | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
