I just think it's super impressive you came back to the forum so fast! When I have hit a road block in the past, I have generally just erased myself and then go even farther off track for WAY too long!
You're here, so you can do it! The Holidays are gone for now, and you have plenty of time to build up will power!
Hey Hope, thanks for the encouragement... On a more possitive note I weighted in at 322 today, which puts me back to my starting weight. The only bad thing about that is...IM STILL AT MY STARTING WEIGHT!!!
I have recently decided to quit drinking for the time being in the hope that I can kick start something. I don't know what else to do with my diet or my work out routine...If anyone has a suggestion, Im all ears.

Good thing is saber even though you fell off the wagon, you got straight back on. takes guts to admit you went wrong and even more to do something about it, which you did. I for 1 and im sure all the other members of the 200+ club will welcome you whole heartedly very soon if you keep this attitude up
Dude, check out the nutrition stickies, the weight loss through exercise stickies, and pretty much all the other stickies. There is a bunch of information on diet and exercise that can answer most questions. And if you still have questions, ask in the forums (make sure you reference the sticky you have a question about, though, as otherwise you might just get told to read the sticky again ).
Breakfast is a fiber one bar, 70 calorie yogurt, and a bannana. I take 3000mg of flaxseed oil and GNC mega man multivitamin every day.
Lunch is a turkey lunch meat sandwich, apple and another fiber bar.
Apple for a snack.
Dinner is a meat and a vegetable.
On the weekends I will eat a big bowl of shredded wheat (honey nut) and a fiber bar for breakfast. This carries me over to dinner which is usually a piece of meat and vegetable. If I need a snack I have a 90 calorie granola bar, fiber bar, or an apple.
I walk 45 minutes every weekday over lunch and go to the gym at least 3 days a week and do the elliptical for 25 mins and the bike for 25 minutes. I have cut weight lifting our of my routine until I drop 30 more pounds or so.
The reduction in carbs and processed sugar is whats working...I think. I do eat a pizza once a week. Yes a whole large pizza...all to myself. It's what I live for.
I was so shocked at my weight I took a picture of the scale. LOL!
Oh - I don't know if this is allowed, but I bought yesterday a scale from Amazon that weighs up to 440 LB. I have a terrible time with my current scale varying 4 or 5 pounds every time I get on it. Apparently, this one weight big folks consistently.
10 more pounds and I'm out of the 300 plus club. It's been horrible and I WONT MISS IT AT ALL!!
Congratulations! I've still got 82 lbs to go

Well I registered a while back but I've been lazy and still at 360 lbs. But I've started eating a bit better and walking. I'm definitely going to lose the weight this time!!

I am going to do it too! I came onto this forum with a burst of excitement and enthusiasm... But that faded out and disappeared behind Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers and Going to the Gym Never...
We can do it! I mean, other people do it so it's possible... I just hope I can get under 300 pounds without having to amputate a limb!
Woot! I'm so pumped for my ... err, 526th weight loss attempt!
It feels like all these crazy events in my life have aligned and finally directed me towards a successful plan, but I won't bore you with the details here.
Sadly, good health has never been much of a motivator for me but I think I've discovered my own personal carrot on a stick... only it's not a carrot; it's a Ducati Monster Motorcycle! Yeah I know what you’re thinking, how am I going to tie it to the stick, right?!
I miss riding so much, and the way I see I need to get down to 215 to be even remotely safe on a bike. I’m approximately 330 lb at the moment so I have a long road ahead of me, but I’ve promised myself that if stick to the plan a brand new bike will be waiting for me at the end of that road. Now that’s a goal I can get excited about!
Lots of inspiration here, so Thanks! And keep it up.

You WILL do it If you have the attitude that you obviously do
Just remember to never give up..never beat yourself up for not having a 'great' day...and most importantly ENJOY it!!! Losing weight can actually be quite fun
