Have any of you ladies done the Carmen Electra Strip Tease Aerobics?! I soo want to order these off Ebay! They look so fun ... and sexy ... and ... well, fun & sexy basically! LOL*** I want to learn to strip!!!!!!!! hehe* not on a stage in Vegas .. but ya know, living room buring some cals working out ... or in the bedroom for my man lol* No but seriously, I've heard it actually is a great cardio workout and you feel really sexy & proud of your body afterwards ... I think it would be a fun little change? Any thoughts?
ooooh, I never heard of it b4! Sounds like something I may have to buy soon. Always wanted to strip for my man, but am affraid of looking so unsexy, dont know how to dance or move in anyway, except for in under the covers. LOL

yeah check them out - i've heard SO many good things about it!! teaches you to feel sexy, proud of your bod, and a cardio workout! I think i might buy one! i'll let ya know what i think!
i've heard about this just over a year ago. There are classes popping up everywhere and they get good reviews. it's great for losing weight and toning ... those *girls are in amazing shape to do what they do ... besides, it's Carmen ... i'd even get the tape
Strip aerobics, huh? Maybe start of with the belly dancing, then work your way into the strip aerobics???? I saw something about it on TV a few months ago. I got a catalog in the mail today, just one of those little bit of everything catalogs and my husband finally found an aerobics tape he said he'd be willing to check out. When I looked at it; Oh my God! Totally Nude Aerobics!! It wasn't THAT kind of catalog!!!
I told him Aerobic without a bra? NEVER!! I guess it would be pleasant for the guys watching the video! Its all female professional trainers. Needless to say, he's NOT getting it!
Lol …I have the first 2 DVD’s, her voice is a bit annoying but you get used to it. The first one is all about teaching you the moves. They start to move up into work outs after that.
