I just turned 30 and since my last post so much has happened that I dropped the exercise routine and have lost zero. There was a move from Northern Indiana back to Indianapolis. My grandmother passing away due to cancer and a few other factors.

I am looking for a buddy who I can keep motivated and who can motivate me. I'd like someone in my general location because I feel like that connection could be key but anyone who needs to loose 100 or more pounds is quite welcome. I weigh 280 pounds and I have every intention of getting down to 145.
