thanks for the encouragment, guys. sometimes you just need it, but, that downer day is over and i've been in high spirits the past 2. so, yay! hope you're all well, too!
i have another question though, do you girls know of any exercise that's really low impact and could burn a lot of
calories. last year i was diagnosed with muscular dystrophy, which is another huge reason the weight's stayed on so long, because, i'm not able to push my
body to the limits as others. before i knew about this i was constantly at the
gym, running, biking, lifting, etc. but i can tell those years of pushing have really taken their toll now.
even biking and swimming sometimes tire my legs out to the point of me hardly being able to walk. and i want to save these legs for as long as i can. so, if you have any tips, let me know! thanks!
