Rep Power: 5183 | | | Stomach Weight loss I know you can't lose weight off any particular area, it just comes off wherever, but are there any foods to eat or avoid that can lead to a flatter stomach?
My stomachs my problem area and sometimes it looks bigger than other, i think its due to what i'm eating. I think it's probably too many carbs, but i'm not sure. I used to eat far too much pasta but now it's mainly bread that i overeat.
I slouch to much as well, which I think must affect muscle tone in my stomach, it feels like it does anyway.

Just as fat comes off from wherever genetics dictate..... it goes on wherever genetics dictate.
Over-consume calories and fat will be stored wherever it's coded to be stored next. |

Rep Power: 5183 | | | i know that it's not possible to lose fat that way, but different foods can cause bloating can they not? like carbs, or eating too large meals rather than several small meals?

If you eat a balanced diet, exercise and create a calorie deficit you will lose the fat and by that i mean that's about the most you can do to spot reduce the fat from your waist besides surgery. Harsh reality is for most of us once we lose the weight we are still unlikely to have a 6 pack or firm flat stomach due to the weight we carried before (myself included).

Rep Power: 5183 | | | I know bloating isnt' fat, but I know sometimes my stomachs bigger than others, sometimes it's pretty flat, and I think that's because it's bloated because I obviously don't gain noticable weight in a day or two.
