This is the theory espoused by Adele Davis, a nutritionist from the 60's, as well as a core value in the "Raw Foods" movement. Obesity is an imbalance; a balanced diet with healthy activity will cause slow, steady weight loss without much conscious effort.

I'll let you know in six months to a year!! LOL
