Don't mention it darlin' you've always been so sweet to me and everyone else
Hey Kevi
You know about the ankle thing, I used to have friends in track when I was in school and the coach used to make them ....how do i explain it....like use their toes to do all the letters of the alphabet in order to exercise their ankles....and as you know, track is rather high impact. No updates on me until Friday so far as weight is concerned, although I think I ate enough today to put on an extra layer of insulation Not that I really ate so much, but the things I ate, the soda I drank, I didn't even eat my fruits and veggies today.
Another bad thing, which I really need to get a handle on, sometimes I ignore my hunger because I want to do something else...I had breakfast at 10:30 lunch at 1:30 and dinner at 9:15!! As you know that is also not good for weight loss. I didn't even want to eat breakfast Ahdunno sometimes the routine and repetition is too much for me, that 4-5 meals a day thing is next to impossible for me to do.
I finally started some form of exercise/movement last night. I did 2 hours of yoga!! Well my interpretation of it anyways. I watched some yoga vids and did what i remembered. I liked it! I am planning on doing 30 more minutes of it tonight. By next week I plan to pick up the pace with some cardio.
So it's spring break time huh? Maybe that's the reason I am getting the urge to call in sick everyday (just kidding)

Okay everyone, tomorrow I start back up on not being such a fat kid anymore. If I don't work out, someone needs to come to my house and give me a good slap in the face. Its getting really warm here in Arizona so I can start walking/running outside and its absolutely gorgeous. I've gotta work off a couple extra lbs than I normally would since St Patty's Day (and my boyfriend's brithday) are coming up haha.
What are some things everyone's been doing lately to keep themselves happy with their workouts?

Hey Cameraobscura
I just started working out, but what I do is pick things I looove doing, so that i do not feel as if i am "working out" but having fun. A real exercise soldier on this thread is Nataliejo...I am not trying to minimize anyone else's routine, because everyone is doing so well. Nataliejo once walked in a freaking blizzard for 45 minutes! for-ty-fiiiiive minutes HA if I attempted that, the only person that would be walking for 45 minutes is the rescue crew.
Welcome aboard Bubbles you'll feel right at home on this thread, we have an awesome crew of hotties here
Kevi and Nataliejo hope it works good for you. One thing that I tried and it worked for me...and I am no track star, just being fat and standing for excessive amounts of time at an old job....its a foot massage thing made out of wood and shaped like an hourglass sort of. I will look for it. you just put it on the floor and roll your feet back and forth on it. I bought it at wal-mart for like $2 or $3. It TOTALLY stopped my ankle pain. Okay I found a pic of something similar to it...it was smooth though...the bumps did not have pointed peaks like this one.
Have a great tomorrow everyone!!

interesting is quite the word for it. It's actually why i bought it...when I saw it i thought..."What is this and why is it in the bath section?" It was with the loofah and spa stuff, maybe you might still find it in that area.
