To Nata and Pink, munching food sucks... I've been wanting to eat some burgers in the last 2 months, but I kind of avoided it, but I planned today to buy some haha.
What about a challenge guys? Say, to the people that has the "Salt Bug" Will not eat food with salt for a week and see which one of you loses the most weight . Anyone can join, but i'm not joining since I'm gaining muscle weight at the same time .

Hello everyone! I haven't been around in awhile, just been kind of busy with...well, life. Work is crazy and lots of other things going on.

Still been at it with the exercise and watching what I eat, but I went up 3 lbs! It finally went down 2 this week, and I know I'm not doing anything 'wrong', just a little frustrating when I feel like I'm working my butt off and the scale goes up instead of down. Of course, all my friends said...well, you have been lifting weights and muscles weigh more than fat...yada, yada, yada.... Yeah, but I want those numbers to go DOWN!!

I know, it will. I figure in the next few weeks I'll start working out more because I will be able to walk in the evenings after work and it will be fresh vegetable season before too long, which I love. So I think I'll start seeing more of a downward trend before too long *crossing fingers*

Well those pounds will come down. Lifting weights makes your metabolism move faster ..so no worries there!

I dont know Kevi... there is salt in everything lol that would be a tuff challenge, but I would love a burger. lol That would be awesome!! At least a McDonalds burger ..man I haven't had McDonalds for a few months and that was only once lol and than it has been probably a year or so since I have eaten junk food .. thats why I lose 42.6 pounds lol and I am going to keep it up ...

Thanks for the suggestion on the challenge

I am in the Birthday Challenge and the March 2 pounds a week challenge ...

Well guys and gals ..
I got out today, sure it was spitting rain, but I just used my spring jacket and my headphones ..it was fun ..my walk was cut short by a creepy guy walking ahead of me where I wanted to walk, so I took a turn to come home ..so only twenty minutes ..but I only did fifteen the day before yesterday and I didnt walk yesterday ..

it felt good to be out and was kind of cool to be out during icky weather ..the rain was nice and cool ..but it was warm enough ..my face is red and a little cold ..but I feel refreshed ..

Whoot Whoot!

haha natalie, what a creepy guy to keep you off from walking haha!
I went to the gym as well and worked out by myself today and weighed myself while full and salty lol. I weighed in at exactly 209, i'm seeing sign that i might be under 205 now or around 206 . I'm gonna keep up the good work. And my plans is shattered for now too, because i'm going to go get my car fixed for 3 days so yeah i probably cant work out tue-thursday. oh well

On that challenge, why not try it...?

Kevi I dont have an awesome neighborhood ..so he freaked me out ..because he stopped walking and kind of kept looking at me lol so I was like .."ok I am just going to take this right to avoid him" lol ...

so the walk was cut short by ten minutes ...but I am going to try and do thirty minutes and if I can do the forty five minutes that would be wonderful .. I have to go up to care pharmacy anyway..so actually I will be going on the forty five minutes walk to get there ..they are on the loop I walk ... so yea!! Good reason to go on the forty five minute walks!!

Guys .. I am going to do it!! Forty Five minute walk, here I come!! lol

and I will never do well in the salt challenge ..there is salt in everything Kevi.. I dont think a salt challenge is possible ...
but I dont want to do many challenges ..so I have two going on now ..

but it might be something to think about ..but I dont think it would be necessarily doable lol
