It's going good. Tae Bo has been kicking my behind and now my arms and back are a bit sore. Good thing it's not an uncomfortable kind of sore, or else I know I'd stop working out... again.

Hey Everyone,
I think that I need to add some kind of drink into the mix so that I can make sure I get all the good things I'm suppose to. I'm thinking about Ensure. All I know is that when my grandpa was in the hospital, they gave him Ensure because he was unable to eat. So, I'm just going to try it. I do take vitamins but sometimes I dont eat in the morning and if I can use Ensure as a meal replace ment that'd be nice. So, does anyone here use a meal replacement shake? Which kind do you think is good?

Later,
Veronica

I'm a bit behind on the posts but I LOVE the elliptical! I usually do it for 45 min to an hour at least, but now that I just finished college I don't have access to one anymore without a gym membership They work out your butt and thighs so awesomely.

So I started out this week at 218 on Sunday and now I'm down to 215! Sex is a pretty awesome workout. I just started eating healthier again and standing more than sitting etc. My boyfriend works nights and his days off are Tues, Wed, Thurs so those days are especially hard to make sure I'm working out and make time to see him.

I feel good. Its only a matter of time before I'm able to get into my skinny jeans I bought a size too small on purpose. Hope everyone else is kicking butt!

I personally don't know what you can drink. But what is this dvd you have. If it can work your back, hey I hate my back, not as much as I used to, because its disappearing, but I would love if I could work on my back more. So what is the name of the dvd, I will just get it offline or in Walmart. Walmart has a tone of dvds and I think some have that kind of exercise, but curious which one you are doing.. I am also afraid that I won't be able to do the moves, because I am not as coordinated as a smaller person would be. I am more coordinated than I was than 48 pounds ago, but I seriously would like to find something that will work on my back ...

and congrats on the work outs...
You go V... keep kicking ass, before you know it that ticker will be moving down on the slide more!!

hey Cameraobscura,

I was thinking of buying this shirt that was a little too tight. They only had one more and it is a size 14/16.. I am almost there.. hmm maybe I will do that too .. I so want to get it! lol and it looks good now, but will look so better once I lose a little more pudge in my stomach ..yea I am going to get it ...if it is still there, would be a bummer if it wasnt .. ho hum

but anyway ..Congrats on the weight loss hun! Your rocking it!! Keep it up!! Keep it up hun. Is there a gym near where you will be living that you can join? hmm might be something you want to look into ...

Hello everyone,

So today is pretty darn good. The rain is coming down like crazy. Alex told me I needed rain pants! lmao because my pants would get soaked in the rain if I just went out with my rain coat. I dont know if I am going to get them. I am undecided lol I will look wierd walking in them, but you know I would be dedicated anyway lmao

but anyway I am picking up a smaller size shirt that I almost completely fit in, its a 14/16, I am getting closer to a smaller me!! Yes!! I think it would be worth it. Its so adorable and such a beautiful relaxing shirt. I will have to take a pic in it and show it to you, if only I can figure out how to get it on this website lmao

Well things are going great on the love front, although Peter is late getting online, but hey, things happen. He will be on soon.

So hope everyone is having a good day too and btw I finally reached
272.2 pounds. I am sure it will be higher tomorrow, but it still feels good knowing I am breaking another plateau and starting to move down.. I am eight weeks ahead of schedule. In seven weeks I wanted to be 274.3, but I am going below that already, I might just make a new goal for myself. I decided to make my goal 270 pounds by the end of May, just in case something happens, like lack of motivation again, gonna try hard not to let that happen, but you never know whats going to happen. Can't predict the future, but I know one thing, I AM going to reach my ultimate goal..
love yas all

cameraobscura Sex is actually a good exercise hahha j/k(maybe not)

@ Pink: That's true, but say like you do eliptical for 30 minutes is not that bad. I have asthma myself and do alot of cardio which is good for you, because it makes your lungs bigger. I'm only stating my opinion to you, but hey if you think that's your limit then it's okay, but i you think you can do more then do more. Also, try doing the eliptical for 30 minutes and 15 minutes with the bike thing.

All right cameraobsura, I love the elliptical, too. And I love the other workout you mention.

I only wish I'd get down to 215. One day: In my dreams. Hmmmm....certainly it ought to happen. I'm 234 now and losing about 2 pounds per month...so in 9 months I'll be there. Woo!

I heard that 2 pounds a month is okay for people that keep it off forever...only I'm not sure I will... certainly. I should have more faith in myself...

You (everybody) are doing a great job so far! Good job!!!!

Wow everybody is doing so good! WooHOO!!

I got a exercise ball , I love it. I can sit on it and exercise even when I'm typeing, lol.

veronandez86,

Yeah I use Slim fast. But if your problem was/is the same as mine with skiping meals, make sure you are getting in enough calories, and don't skip no matter what. I've read so much resently and I will never forget to eat again. I get chocolate, yum. I love sweet stuff... It's 190 calories. But I don't use it like a meal replasment anymore, I drink that and then have some other healthy stuff, so I can hit my mark with calories.

Oh my gosh.. I went out with my sister last night, and we went to a coffee shop downtown. Super cute... We each got a coffee, and a small pasterie.. It looked like fudge with a rasberrie on it. Yum. Took a bite, to my suprise some type of healthy light tasting thing...lol the best part was the fresh rasberry.. God help me, I can't even do a treat right anymore, what is the world comeing to... lol

Why in the world is it so difficult to find an affordable house to rent that isn't crappy? My lease is ending and the boy and I decided to move in together when our leases are up in May. I'm excited and nervous at the same time!

Did pretty well with the calories today, stayed right around 1200 so I'm pretty happy with today. Maybe I'll go for a run tomorrow before work if its not too hot outside.

Well Everyone.
I have a great day of no binging! and no actual want to, it was wierd. I was in these restaraunts, but I actually refused to have anything with my sandwhich. They offered everything and anything to replace the fries, but I told them I just wanted the sandwhich and would pay the same price for it. I figured the sandwhich was enough and it was small. I am sure it packed on calories. I ate it all, but I didnt binge. I did have an ice cream and it was worth it. Haven't had one in ages! It felt good just to splurge in that moment. but I know its just for that moment. There are chips undone in this house, Godiva right next to me, I could open and months Ago I would have, but I am not. I have no interest in it. I had my ice cream and thats all I needed. And my family wants me to go out and eat with them, but I think I am going to refuse and just stay home. We are supposed to go down to Boston, but in all seriousness I don't want to go down to Boston, as thrilling as it can be, I just don't feel like it. I would rather stay home, take my hour walks and I am loving this whole route thing. Havent done it again yet, but tomorrow I will be doing it. It will be done in the morning around 11:00 -12:00 pm.. I like to avoid the kids. So I go out in the morning when they are lazy and sleeping and if there are kids who want to be nasty I have decided to keep the headphones on in my area, but to take them off when I am on the main road, I dont care if peeps throw insults, I am actually happy these days and feel very strong. Maybe not completely emotionally ..a long distance relationship is hard, but I have done it before.

oh and Alex tried to solicite sex from me, my ex. Thats the only reason he wanted me to visit, Jerkbutt! So I told him no sa and hung up. I talked with him today .. I had to find someone to go on about Peter. He didnt appreciate it, but thats what it costs to have me as a friend, because he is only a friend lol and thats all he will be, and no benefits come with the friendship... I am not interested in being a slut... or what I consider I would be if I slept with him, plus cheated on Peter, Peter has actually become pretty important to me over the last five weeks and it feels good being around him. Alex isnt worth much, just someone to talk with sometimes if your down and if you up, but I am not visiting him. He is so ..low sometimes... he only thinks with one thing and its not with his brain...

oh well
ttylater girls and guys
