Hey everyone,
I dont know where to start to take measurement. I finally have this tiny bit of space showing up between my lower and upper abdomen, right where my navel is, which is always good..

but I am doing things the opposite

I am not eating less and walking more
I am eating more and walking less...
which is the opposite of doing good at all ..in any way shape or form...

I did go walking for twenty minutes, but tomorrow I am hoping to motivate a full hour out of me and I think I can .. I only walked thirteen minutes the day before today, which yes, was yesterday, today I walked twenty and tomorrow I hope to do my whole new route, its just my feet are KILLING me lol I cracked them too much last night and now I have such sores in my bones lol but the best thing for arthritis is to keep walking ..so tomorrow .. I am going for a one hour walks ..usually when I get better it turns into forty five minutes, this route.... but it should do me good!
It felt good to be out there although ..almost surreal ..because with being so sad and stressed .. I am now leading an official sedentary lifestyle ..which I am totally beating myself up about .. I know I can do this .. I lose a lot of weight already, now its time to get the rest off ,u know ..but I look at how far I have to go ..and it is sooooooooooooo overwhelming ..its like wow and I look down at the low 200 and I am now 275.4 ... sucks ass I gained a pound, although I am not drinking much of any water ...we are running out in the house..which sucks and the tap is bad ..but I have some left ..so I shall start drinking it like

now!

well you get the gist ..motivation is at a low point now, stress is getting to me..and this shaking after coming off this med I was on is driving me batty ..everytime I try to sit still .. I am shaking and vibrating .. I can not relax and its getting too me ..really bad!

well ttylater lovie ..
I will respond to you guys later ...
just not into it right now .. I feel blah blah blah ugh

NatalieJo-

awww i'm sorry your bones are being a pain!! I have a very weak right ankle so about 3 days of walking straight i have to put my little brace on it overnight and until i walk again.. so i know the feeling. Best advice i can give you when walking is music, walking for an hour is great for the first 20-35 mins.. then it sucks from the 30ish mark to about 50 minutes... and the last ten feel amazing.. i guess i'm finally in that umm "zone". But i put on my headphones (one ear i wanna hear if their a monster coming behind me) and get that realllly motivating song and before i know it.. bam i've walked for 50 minutes and i dont wanna stop...

Good luck on your walk, i hope you toes start obeying!!

nataliejo,

You will get through this! I'm so sorry that the meds are effecting you like this, it doesn't feel good when something out of your control effects you. I'm sorry hun. Just keep an eye on what you can control, and you will make it through this! Your still going and we are still rooting for you!!!

Dreamer2015,

My children had a couple awhile ago, ahh man I wish I could do that again, lol umm but it didn't work as good as before I had kids..

Guys saw this great thing on the TODAY show, today not shure if anyone else saw it. There was a woman on there that lost 213lbs in two years, by changing nutrition and portion control. They didn't mention any exercise. She was going to get lypo, when her doc told her she needed to loose 25lbs before she could have lipo, after the 25 she kept on going. She never did get lypo. She looked way better and way healthier, but it would not suprise me at all if she didn't exercise to help loose weight, because it looked to me like she had some real loose skin... But insparational story, if nutrition/portion alone can do that, we will rock it out with exercise added!!! It makes loosing over 100lbs sound like no big deal! I'm pritty sure they are going to show a new story each day, so I'll let you all know if any more catch my eye, just in case you can't see it...

well, there are special hoops for adults and the bigger the hoops the easier they are to ... manage... maintain... keep up.. not the flimsy childrens kind. (disregard if at this time your children were adults and we are in fact talking about the same thing... lol)

Im looking forward to it, except the part where ... i cant really do it inside... lol

Dreamer,

That sounds great! My kids are still kinda little, 7,8,9,14,15, they had the cheapy kid kind. I was going to show them a thing or too, ya know, and my hipes and tummy didn't want to groove together, lol. In this case BIGGER sounds like better! Good luck, and let us know how it's working out for you! It sounds like a lot of fun!

Me too Kevi, I can dance pretty well...although I cannot understand why I was in pain just from walking the yesterday THAT made me feel fat.

Hope, thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your experiences with me

Well everyone, I need to go to bed so I might be a little short....but I went to the gym today and I did not like that gym so much...well I got a bad vibe from it. There is another gym I went to before that I liked more, but because of the location I do not feel as if i will be as committed to it as I would this other one because it is across the street. So I have a dilemma...I mean I really did not like it. I am planning to go there tomorrow morning and see how it is in the morning, maybe I'll like it better at that time. I really want to join a gym because I know I cannot commit to walking outside and I feel as if i need to walk more.

nite all

No saying f it I don't care, and eating two portions of something dilishiouse, or saying f it I don't care and not eating anything at all, and no saying f it I don't care and going and getting a pack of cigarettes. So I think MENTALLY, there is progress. I see progress physically too.

I am trying to understand why I am not seeing the weight melt off a bit faster. I have totaly changed the way I eat and I am monitering everything I put in my mouth. I am allso drinking I think 10-12 cups of water a day. And I am exercising every day. And uped my activity level too. The body is such a mistery, lol...

I'm also wondering what I'm going to look like when I'm thin(it will happen! *chanted over and over*) My calfs are super strong, I mean super, and my legs too, I have to say my arms under all the flab are about as big as I want to be with muscle. I never lost my streangth. I'm afraid that since I have been a active heavy person, and my muscles have had the great workout of carrying all my flab for all of these years, that I got stronger under there. UGG. I am wondering now, if I need to up my calories a bit more. Because I do have a lot of muscle to "feed" under that fat, and because of that, I might be haveing a greater calorie defiset then is good, and it might be counter productive... I don't know. I'll have to do some research. What I do know is I do not want to be super musculer, when I get all this weight off. I am haveing the problem of knowing I can do sertain exersises better, but my stomach roll is literaly getting in the way which is so anoying. I am on a mission, a mission I tell you. I got a tast of what I used to be, and I want more, I got to get this weight off! What ever is under there I hope I like though, lol!!! I'm a little scared of playing around with the calories, since what is said everywhere, is take about 500 off of what it takes to maintain your current weight. So it probably doesn't matter that I have a lot of muscle under the fat?

I'm outy for now, catch you all later

Hope2
Hope you are doing AWESOME!!!!! I am happy that you are seeing both mental and physical progress. I think the mental progress makes all the difference Sometimes I too wonder what I will look like when I am thin, I have been fat for so long. One thing is for certain though, we will be super hot....even hotter than we are now. So far as the calories and muscle thing...I haven't the foggiest.

Keep up the good work

Wow hope the sounds pretty cool.. but no exercising?? see i couldn't do that if i'm not exercising or reading.. i'm eatting or snacking.. so i use the exercising as my snacking lol
I know after i get to my healthy bmi i'm going to have loose skin, no matter how much toning i do.. my tummy hangs, and i doubt anything can help that really.. but without exercise i'm sure i'd look like my dog >.< he has enough saggy skin to cover 3 or 4 of his size!

Anyway keep us updated if it shows new ones, i'm gonna check it out!! Either way 213lbs is just amazing!!! WTG her! lol
