Welcome to the board Natalie (Blueiiz). My short term goal is to get out of the 200's too....I am hoping I can do it by the end of the year, but I weigh 276 now so that might be pushing it a little You'll make it out of the 200's that's for sure. There is a really beautiful woman on this thread by the name of Ali When she first joined us she was in the early 200's and was out in no time Cameraobscura and Kevi are also almost on their way out of the 200's and the rest of us are losing weight like crazy so you are in good company You will make it!! Of this I am sure

Maybe they disabled this feature for everywhere but the "before, after, and in between section" so maybe you can try it there and see if it works.

Well guys I woke a little late this morning and got to the gym by 6:50 so I could only stay for 30 minutes, but it was okay. Hopefully tomorrow I will wake on time. Also I do not know if my body is making up for lost time or what but I am eating like 5 times a day its crazy!! Last week and the week before that I was barely eating. I am trying to keep it as healthy as I can. Today I was attacking strawberries but I messed up late in the day when I was working overtime and ate some junk. I'm going to try to get some other things at the supermarket so I don't so that again!!

Awee I guess i'm alone at running . I can run lol i'm very fat at 209? Idk lol i'm gonna start running soon when my knee pains go away!!!!! But, I still play basketball LOL!>

Bok store? I'd love to own one!! I'm a book worm, i just started getting into some kinda twisted serial killer kinda books... okay sounds bad, but really it's very edge of your seat kinda stuff.. and almost like watching a horror movie in my mind LOL

im back

ok, so im back after my weekend... I dont seem to have done too much damage... the only indulgence i had was drinking and boy was that good mmmhm. I had lots of water and special k meal bars... and the guy i was with got food to eat at mcdonalds... but i was fussy and drove all over milwaukee (quite literally) until i could settle on something. Which turned out to be a lunchable and choco milk and yougurt covered raisins from walgreens... oh man what an adventure. We walked all around too... it was a LOVELY lovely time.

but when i got home there was leftover pizza, i had a slice...and fruit snacks... and then when i got home to school, i kinda munched on my chips (corn chips... not flavor blasted chips) and dip, and more yogurt raisins.. not detremental, but not good either.

all and all i think i did really well.

glad to hear everyone is doing well as well : ) keep up the good work.

I am so one of those scary parents, lol.. I am allways right, and my teens know it (thank GOD), and they actually listen.I got them trained in middle school, and I would tell them, watch out for this friend, I feel this is going to happen with her... Bla bla bla.... Now, my oldest who is in high school, just listens to me, and waits , and see's that I'm right agian. I think it is totaly a parent thing, if your trying to stay 2,5,10 steps ahead of your child, and that is something you focus on, I think it just comes naturaly... Or maybe I have a gift, lol...

Welcome Blueiiz! I'm around the same weight as you are starting at. My goal for right now is to get out of the 200's too! It's always great to find someone with the same goals as oneself.

Kevi, Do you wrap up your knee before you play basketball? If not, maybe you should start. I dont know the extent of your problem with your knees, but I know that Tiger Balm works great on pain, but if you use it, dont put too much on because it'll burn. Hope your knee gets better soon Sweetie. Hmm, I'm thinking about starting to run too... or at least jog. But I've been saying that for awhile so I dont suppose that will happen anytime soon.
