I do think I'm beautiful, inside, and yes my outside package isn't half bad. But what's funny, is, when you think your beautiful inside, enough anyway to be at least somewhat content, then it's ok if other's can't see it. It truley is.
I love that I'm a work in progress, my whole life, I will be no doubt. We all are after all unfinished, and I love that I am... I love learning about others, and I love learning about me. I don't know if my insides are more beautiful then someone elses, after all lots of grumpy people, are actually really hurt souls, and I have seen people transform in front of my eyes. So I tend to think that all people who are bitter, mean, etc, are just lost and hurt. So in a sence, I do belive we all are beautiful. Not all things that are done are, or said, or felt.. But that's part of the human condition, imperfection, and the chance of a new day, a chance to learn and grow, and become... well more..
I think those that can't love, truley and deeply, just don't love themselves enough... And I feel sad for them.. Which at times has been to a downfall of sorts for me... There is a big difference then loveing yourself, and being conceded...lol pink... I do not think you are conceded, I think you just love yourself, your not full of yourself!!! And you are allowed my dear... | Hope I totally loved this post We feel the same way on a lot of things, I truly do love myself and am happy that I am a work in process and a beautiful work at that I once knew a lady who was extremely bitter and mean and I told her that she is so sweet and her heart totally melted and she was the sweetest lady from that day. She told me that so many people have been mean to her that she was mean to protect herself. It is really touching, all of these decades she was living a bitter life, I said a few words to her, and she was so happy after that...she felt like there was one person in the world that could really see her
As you already know from my prior post about beauty, I do not think everyone is beautiful I believe when you say 'in a sense we are all beautiful', the you truly mean it and that it is a reality and a truth for you. It is very sweet and poetic. You say it with a lot of clarity and thought. For me it is not a reality or a truth...but that is just my perspective and experience, and I would never want you to change your perspective. I think maybe it is even better to see things the way you do |

I think that you are probably way lower than 206 but you love talking to us so much that you are pretending you are staying above 200. LoL. J/k.
I'm thinking you are gaining muscle like everyone else has sugguested.
Plus, how long do boys grow?... I mean... at what age do boys stop growing in height? What Hope said about you still growing does make sence. Dont get down on yourself guy, you'll be under 200 in no time. |

I loved your personal story about the woman, I have a couple myself, which is why I feel as I do. Just because I feel like everyone has the potential to be beautiful inside, does not mean I belive that everyone will realize there inner potental.. So there you go.. There will allways, be ying to the yang, but the posibility exists, for change... Yes in my eyes, this is what I see...
veronandez, yeah, it is , lol... But I swear that is not what my eyes thought it was for ever, oh my God, lol.. Just had to share it was too bazzar... Welcome Princess!!!!!
We are a great group here, let us know if there is anything that we can help you with!!!! |

Yes in my eyes, this is what I see... | Yes I agree here...i think that beauty inside of some people has burned to a crisp and the cold winds have blown the ashes away.
Short wild story here...
There is a lady at my work who lost a lot of weight...and so strange, she acts as if she has cornered the market on weight loss. She thinks everyone she knows who is trying to lose weight is trying to be like her and whenever they are successful she always finds something about them to pick on. I do not understand this really....I have been trying to rationalize it, but I do not know why she is feeling this way. She has taken her personal digs on me before, and when I lost 15 lbs before she started to freak out, but now that she is at her goal i really don't get why the weight loss of others bothers her what is up with that? she was recently telling me a story about her friend that lost a lot of weight and she was like really being nasty with the things she was saying...is it possible that she still feels like "the fat girl" although she is her ideal weight now? |

Rep Power: 8 | | In fitness magazine a couple of months ago they did a story on 10 things you need to know after weight loss.
I'm pretty sure the number one was that it doesn't solve all your problems.
It could well be that now that she's at goal, a lot of her life is still the same and she's unhappy with that. Or, it could be that she got used to the attention she received from people during weight loss and now that attention has died down, so she's jealous of the people who are getting it now. If that one's true, I sure wouldn't want to be around her after a wedding or pregnancy.
Great job on the weight loss, btw!!
(And that frame of thought weirds me out. When I can shop for clothes anywhere, the rest of the world will be eclipsed by my happiness, at least until I realize I still can't afford them...) |

Rep Power: 10 | | Hmmm the weight loss guru wannabe syndrome!!! Lotsa people seem to do this and insist on telling you how much they lost, eating plans etc at the merest hint that you are trying to lose weight. A bitchy version of this creature is the absolute worst!!! Just ignore the woman...she has probably realised that even tho she lost weight she is no happier cos she has a flawed personality...maybe a little harsh on the poor woman but im willing to bet she's pretty bitter that her life didnt get magically better when she got thinner.....or i could be babbling rubbish!
Hope made a great point abt everyone having the potential to be beautiful (inside and out) but they dont always take it....sad but true. I know that i havnt treated my body like a beautiful thing (in fact i am pretty disgusted with myself sometimes) but that is all changing - slowly- and im beginning to think that my body is special and needs to be treated well. I like to think im alright on the inside tho!
I have def written too much! Hope all is going well ladies! Allie xxx |

I like the 2nd picture the best. You dont look like you're trying to be all gangster like you do in the third one. LoL
LoL. Too Cute... I think you look like my step-cousin Brandon.
Hmmm... I think its cool how different people can look like someone else.
Here is some Randomness....
My friend Reina looks just like a younger Salma Hayek. And there are photos of me when I was a teen where I looked dead like that America Fierra girl. Not how she looks on Ugly Betty TV Show, but how she looks in SisterHood of the Traveling Pants movie.
Has anyone else here ever been told they look like someone famous? |
