Yay! Another guy in the thread! Finally, my dream has come true haha, not a loner anymore Welcome Matt.

On the side note, it's not thesame knee, my left knee is doing so much better with my home rehabilitation haha (self-improvement maybe?) It's my right knee, it's not really inside the knee ligament I'm pretty sure. But, it's much better today, I did some vigorous work today. I moved the grass piles today which had like 3 piles and each pile has like 100+ Grass and I carry 6-7 St. Augustine grass in each trip which is like 40 lbs each per trip maybe? I did it for 2 straight hours! So my knee should be fine now, but I can feel a little pain on my right knee. Just to let you guys know I can play without my knee brace, but I'm not 100% ready to play without it It's just like a habit now that I've been wearing it and scared to play without it.

Good News! I checked the scale and now Im down a total of 8 lbs! I dream of what it would be like to lose another 10! I would be hot! haha jk Well this is usually the point where I peak and then plateau so hopefully I can stick with it and get under 230. Wish me luck!

Hey keep up with the 1500 calorie plan cameraobscura! Its always the easiest the first day, but after a while it gets harder, I know. Just try to have the will power and if you end up having to go over calories, try your best to keep it a small amount over. Its one thing to go over 200 calories, but 500 is just pushing it! haha

Oh ya and thanks for the advice with the walking guys, it really helped.

Oh how do I get my pic up on the forum like everyone else? thanks!

Shoot, cutting calories off is hard specially me with my asian diet. I try not to eat rice for lunch and I say it's hell! But I think I shoved off a lb this week I guess it was all the running I did last week hehe.

Woo hoo!! Jump on board the get under 230 train!!!! Oh, well, maybe that train is just me. And I don't like the analogy anymore so I'm giving it up. But anyway, that's where I am, too. When I get under 230 I'm going to have a foodless celebration!! Woo!!!

Congrats on the 8 pound loss!!!!

Kevi--why don't you just keep eating the rice but eat less of it? is it a trigger food? good job on the hard work!

Im back!!

Hello everyone!! I know its been a month, but I kind of like fell off the wagon big time!! But I am back.. I havent wanted to check in because I have been scared. Been Self deprecating and gave up actually thinking that I wouldnt lose the rest of the weight.. I lose fifty pounds, but now what...the next fifty .. I have no scale at my bfs and I spend just about every night at my bfs. You know how you gain weight when you enter a relationship, well its happened to me. I have gained seven pounds, so I am back up to 267, but my bf says we are going for a walk at seven thirty pm and I will get my exercise and we are also going to start swimming at the local pool, should be refreshing .. I have missed you all so much!!

Wow some new peeps too ... bully for everyone who has stayed and kept fighting the weight loss fight!! I am back and ready to bully with you!!

love you all
always
natalie jo **big hugs!!**

I was just going to ask where you and PinkClouds were, nataliejo! I'm glad you're finally back to get things started again. Just remember, it isn't over until its over. Until then you just have setbacks. I'm going through the same thing right now. I'm pretty much back up to where I started. I gained back the 14 lbs I lost

I've already lost a little over a lb on the lessening calories alone and haven't started working out yet. I'll drop off, then!

So now the question is, where is PinkClouds?

Hey camera and Natilie Jo
I know what you are going through. The main thing is you are still here, why?
Because you want to improve your health. Both of you have had success before so remember the motivation you had before and what worked. Remember how good you felt when you lost the weight. It is so worth it to keep going.
Stay focused and you will see the results you had before.

Hey Camera
Pink Clouds has been gone too. Her and I used to be just about the same weight. I wonder where she is... I hope she is alright, she might be going through a little of what I am going through. The "What do I do now?" ... another fifty pounds to go I guess.

Hiya Matt!
Nice to meet you! Another gent in the house. Kevi, I guess you are not alone ... lol
Thanks Matt for your kind words. And I just about cried when I read the part when you said to remember what it felt like with the motivation and feeling of great success... Ive been on a low it seems.. depression sunk in, and I am still depressed, but now is the time to start a regime or something once again... forty minutes tomorrow, weather permitting.. my bf has agreed to go with me ...
and I did walk last night and it felt so good. I took a shower when
i got home and I was happy!1
So welcome motivation, weight loss here I come!
Nice to meet you again Matt!

thanks
always

Hey everyone,
Well Derek and I just got back from out thirty minute walk, which does not include the time inside the Arthurs Market, a little store down the way from where Derek lives and earlier we took about a ten minute walk...

so far so good being back on my diet. I bought a bunch of native raspberries and blueberries. I put my blueberries in the freezer and I become fuller when I eat frozen blueberries, than warm ones.... its all good ...

Well I shall talk to everyone later

Hey everyone! I'm watching TLC channel and currently watching I eat 33,000 calories a day. After this, I'm going to watch the recorded ep of a 16 yr old boy who weighs more than 350 lbs.

I'm not trying to be mean, but I can't imagine myself on being that big. At the same time I could feel the guilt/pain their going through. I pictured myself on their shoes, I just couldn't get it right. Thanks to this it gave me more thought about what to do and all that stuff. I'm lucky I get to do all the nice things that they couldn't. Say like basketball, go out without worrying about everyone about your weight, get to run and etc. I'm very glad I'm in this stage and want to work harder now!!! If anyone of you guys seen this episode tell me!

Weight loss everyone! That's our goal!!!

Were all in this!

God bless to all and stay healthy and never let guilt get into you.

Hey everyone! nice to meet you new ppl! Well my walking class just ended so now i'm at a loss of what to do for exercise. Im going to sign up for a dance class next semester, but it doesnt start till Aug 14 and its only 2 days a week so I dunno what im goint to do in between. My schedule for work and school is so akward this year and theres nothing I can do to change it up. I guess im just going to have to find sometime and activity to keep me going. now that im out of a PE class for a month, I think im just going to continue to walk in the mornings, bike ride and maye even start jump roping. My mom lost all of her baby weight when she jump roped after her first child.I tried it and its a lot of work. I remember when I was younger and Iused to jump rope and the last thing on my mind was how winded I would get! haha I know I can do it if I just stick with it, so here it goes!

P.S. Congrats on all of you for your weight loss so far, I just hope I can get that far too!
