I've just started a new program and lost 10 lbs. in the first week (wow I feel like a bad commercial) but the little goal at the end of this week was an incentive.

I was going to get a pedicure for the first time in my life but decided that the sand volleyball I'm about to take up might fudge my polish.

Keep it up, everyone. I will have before and after pictures in 2 months. I'll show you mine if you'll show me yours.

Welcome back Veronica! I'm sorry about what happened, but you will bounce back. I'm currently sick so I have no appetite at all. I also started school and I have one afternoon class on tuesday for the fall semester. I'm still trying to figure out my times so I can go back and workout again. I lost all the 8 lbs I gained the whole summer and to Princess LOli I will be in ya leval! haha

I forgot the name, but the one who lost 10 lbs in 1 week, that doesn't sound too good xD It's not very healthy, but make sure you are eating right! We don't want anyone in here getting ill, because of dieting now! Love you guys

Hello Everyone! Ive missed you all!!

Hello everyone!! and to all the newbies or not so new, hello! Its been months since I wrote all of you wonderful people, so I thought I would drop in and say hi!!

I fell of the wagon, but am back on, took a brisk thirty minute walk today. I feel better than I have in months. It feels good to get the heart rate up and my legs are starting to feel like power houses once again...

so I will check in again and read up on everyone

congrats to all your losses...and ten pounds does seem a bit too much to lose in one week....

Kevi congrats on losing that weight

I started off at 256.6 in early July and just weighed in at 234.6 (September 1st).

That's 22 pounds GONE.

When I first started this journey the amount of weight I had to lose seemed very intimidating. So far, though, I must be doing something right because the loss has been steady and at a reasonable pace (I think).

Can't wait to get out of the 200s.

I agree, sometimes that overall goal can be very intimadating and seem so far away. I like how you said you cant wait till you get below 200. That is a nice goal and you will be there before you know it.
