Im not sure if this is where this is supposed to be posted, if not, I apologize to the moderators.
5 months ago, I was weighing a whopping 280 pounds. Im down to 235. Thats 45 pounds. And im lovin every but of exercise I do. I run a mile or more a day, lift weights three times a week, im doing great.
But, I feel kind of stuck. the pounds arent shedding as much, and there is an area of my body that concerns me.
I cant get rid of much of my back fat.... what can I do about this? And another area is well, the "crotch". I also have some fat there that wont go away.
No such thing as spot-reducing. It'll eventually come off if you keep losing, although all of us have parts that lose faster and parts that lose slower.
Yeah I have the same problem. I've lost about 45 pounds over a year but seem to be stuck. Recently I started more exercising and cutting more bad stuff out of my diet. And have been losing. Getting over the hump when you plateau is tough but once you do it seems to fall off. Just keep at it!
