Question

Hey everyone hows it goin? Its been a while since I last posted.

My question is this: How can I keep from losing all the progress I gained over the summer, over the winter? I've really made alot of progress over the summer in terms of fitness, and my success was mostly from the intensity of my jogging. But, now that winter is coming its to cold to jog outside and im afraid im going to put on weight. What can I do to stay in shape over the winter?

Thanks in advance.

You've got three obvious options that I can see:
1. continue jogging outside. Shoes with good grips and a good parka would be a good idea.
2. invest in a treadmill and run inside
3. buy a membership to a basic gym, like the YMCA and use their tracks and/or treadmills.

What ever you choose, I hope you can stick to it!
