Hi Tinkerbella - this was exactly my thought when I started dieting. I was thinking along the lines of I'm good through the working week but once the alcohol is touched on a weekend, it all goes to pot. LOL. I have got a diary thread but noticed this and so will join in if that's OK.

Starting weight - 11 stones 11 lbs
Last week - 11 stones 7 lbs
Today - 11 stones 7 lbs

I know most of you count in pounds so I will change if that makes it easier for you all to follow? I'm from the UK so we talk in stones

Hi Taomi and welcome!!

Record your weight however you want to I am also from the uk and used to count in stones but ive found it much more motivational to convert to straigh lbs...dunno why but it makes each pond seem more significant to me! I still convert my weight into stones tho out of habit! A lot of people also record in kg which completely throw me off!

So gang here goes....

Weight last week: 232.8 lbs

Weight this week : 230.2lbs

So i lost 2lbs 6oz despite the chocolate and wine bonanza! Whoo hoo!!

Hope everyone else has had a good week!

Hey! I just joined and I'd like to start recording my weight here. I've been on the Master Cleanse for the last two weeks and lost 12 lbs, which I would really like to keep off. I gained 3 lbs between yesterday and today, but I think its just from my period.

SW (before cleanse): 145.5
CW: 135.5
GW: 125

Hi Antbabe and well done to you too, 12lbs in 2 weeks is a fab amount! I wouldn't worry about the 3lbs as I think weight does fluctuate by a few pounds on a daily basis. I think the best thing is to weigh only once a week at the same time

i know its late but i thought i would all tell you that iam losing again and i have lost 2lb that brings me down to 19st 4lb (270lb)

It's a cleanse of just fresh lemon juice, grade b maple syrup, cayenne pepper and distilled water. You make a lemonade from those ingredients and that is all you can have for a minimum of 10 days. It's very, very hard but I find it useful to start up weight loss and help break my addictions to eating. The Master Cleanse / Raw Food Site - Home has a lot of info, especially on the bulletin board.

Oh my god that sounds horrific!!! There is no way i could do that it sounds so difficult!! You must have lots of willpower to stay on that plan! Think i have heard of it before - was that the thing that Beyonce did to lose weight for a movie?

Well gang, the weigh in this week is 228lbs Down 2 lbs! Im into the 220's now Hopefully i will lose more next week too cos its my TOM and i always gain just before it so im quite pleased

My friend tried that diet Antbabe, dubbed "The Lemonade Diet". She lasted one and a half days. lol

Anyway, I was off work last week and so didn't eat at all well, didn't count calories either since I was so busy BUT somehow I managed to lose 1-2 lbs so am very happy.

Late Joiner here as i decided to only weight myself on a friday now.
Im from the UK i am 5 ft 5 give or take a few cms. i am 18 and started off at 14 stone in january started exersizing in May, well on my way to healthy.

Last friday scales said 12 st 12 at gym
Today 12st 11
will start doing it in lbs when i can work it out ahah

Last week 228lbs

This week 227lbs - 1lb

Not the 2lbs i was hoping for but better than nothing! I'll take whatever i can

Not really done much exercise since i was sick so im just glad i lost anything! Hopefully this chest infection will shift this week and i will be able to workout!

I'd like to join. I was weighing every day, but I stopped seeing any daily movement of the scale so I decided to do it once a week. this week has been awesome. It's so exciting not allowing myself to weigh until a certain date, and wondering what the number will be, and working to get it as low as possible. Weekends are really hard for me with not having a schedule, so I'm hoping if the number is low on Friday that will motivate me to keep it off during the weekend. Or if it isn't as low as I wanted, I'm hoping that will motivate me as well, by showing me that I need to work harder.

I was 139.5 on Monday, the last time I weighed myself. My final goal weight is 125. As long as I see some weight loss, even if its not much, I'll be happy.
