Just move Club

Hi Everyone !!!

I'm starting this new club for all the people who just want to move around to loose weight.

People like me who hate to go to gym but want to loose weight by walking, jogging, running, just moving around aimlessly like lost soul and controlling apetite.

People who go to gym are also most welcome.

Here we will be trying to incorpate healthy habits in our day to day life without disturbing our routine.

Suggestions, complaints or anything feel free to comment.

If you wear a pedometer you may want to post your steps to the pedometer buddies challenge. There are also the 10,000 steps challenge, daily exercise challenge and the road race challenge. New people are welcome on these challenges at any time.

Obviously you can post your cycling on the daily exercise challenge and the road race challenge that I mentioned earlier. You do not have to walk those miles for the road race.

I like this idea! I do go to the gym but on the days that i dont i like to walk my dog, play WII sports (surprisingly energetic!) and trying different exercises. Any other ideas would be great
