Hello everyone,
I just joined and wanted to just write to say HI
Well the house is full of good food and nice smells and I am so worried I will blow it tonight. I have lost 93 pounds since the early summer and tonight is a HUGE test.
I joined because I want to give myself a good push this next month. I still have a lot of weight to lose ...
Good luck to everyone this weekend. stick to or come close to your intake.

Glad to have you aboard our little weight loss forum. Feel free to start a weight-loss journal, it really seems to help the rest of us keep a grip on reality!  You can also vent away about the struggles or temptations you might find yourself running into! Hope you enjoyed the holiday and we look forward to reading future posts! |

Well the holiday was a challenge and I am home until the 3rd so I need to be good. Thanks for saying hi and I will get back soon
