Hiya all! Got a question for the community that I hope I can get an answer for. For the past three weeks I have been watching my
calories and exercising. I am using BalanceLog. In this I got my RMR(resting metabolic rate) calculated and put in to lose 2.2 lbs per week. The app maps out how many
calories I can take in. Also I can put in my exercise which counts into the
calories I can take in to meet my
goal weight.
The first week I dropped 10lbs. I know this was mostly water weight. Since then I have not dropped a
pound. Still exercising (doing
cardio twice a day..about 1000
calories) and I am even eating below my calorie limit. According to the app I should have lost another 4 lbs last week.
My clothes are fitting better but nothing is dropping on the scale. Even though I am doing only
cardio..no weight training yet..could I be putting on muscle? Or am I missing something?
