Rep Power: 217 | | how have you changed your eating and exercise?
NO diet pill will work without changes to diet and adding exercise;.
Guess what? diet and exercis work without putting expensive crap into your body |

In my humble opinion you should lose the pills and keep the hope. I know that sounds easier said than done, but I think pills just create false hope that they will do the work for you.
Try leaning into an exercise routine, adding one thing at a time. It might be hard at first, but it gets fun after a while!
Hope this helps & Good luck |

Rep Power: 5 | | I completely agree with those last comments. For me, a diet pill "worked" but I was also exercising my butt off and eating soo healthy that I just came to the conclusion that I did it myself. |

My husband and I joined a gym and the diet I am on is serious until I am through with the releana and from there on out I plan on sticking to a 1200 or 1500 calorie diet and sticking with the gym. I also enjoy walking my yorkie in her stroller around our neighborhood and yes these changes are recent so they are slow in coming. |

Hope this helps & Good luck | Thanks for the input too. I am trying to lose the weight and keep it off for ever!!! I love to work out and the diet doesn't bother me but I have no will power so sweets always get to me. I know I can do it and that is why I joined is to get some sort of inspiration. |
