hi there glad to hear that you are back..oh my my you joined Marie France... i was asked to join before as well but since I can't afford it, I have not. But I have been tempted too a couple of times but I do realise that the good (or not) old fashion way is the best way to go..

Its not a good place to go. I dont recommend it. They have other therapy also such as an aromatherapy massage, get hooked up to this machine that is to break fats. You also get to meet a nutritionist. Well, I like the nutritionist but all other are not a great big deal. You can get a better massage just paying $35-$55 only. The worst is the cold therapy! I once asked them why the cold thing cause its really uncomfortable and they said, we will bring down your body's tempreture so your metabolic rate will go up and you will burn more calories. hmmm... how much can you burn like that!! Its really crazy and the joint pains are terrible. I went to Marie France when I had 2 kids now I have 4. At that time my 1st one was enrolled in MY GYM so when my child go to MY GYM, I will go to Marie France and will pick up my son after Marie France. Really not worth it.

Ive tried many ways to loose weight. Have you ever tried Teh Kampung? I loose so much weight on those also but the frequency of going to the toilet to BO is too much!! LOL!!

Teh Kampung? Where can I get that man...all I'd love to is to seriously lose all that weight...! (: Let me stay at the toilet for a whole day I also don't mind...

Its not only the frequency, its the churning and the tummy discomfort, just like having diarhoea. Ur end result is yellow not normal and most times its not even solid, just water pouring out. When you have to go, u really have to go!! If you are keen to try it, well you can buy it at any Malay Medicinal shop. As this teh is very popular, there are also the fake ones in the market, you need to look out for a hologram logo at the bottom of the package to know that its authentic. They comes in crushed leaves form or in a tea bag form. I must tell you that the tea bag does not work as well as the crushed leaves. You can also get it at Larkin Bus Interchange in JB.

Yes I have the Teh Kampong at my house now..:-) But I don't take them everyday..the stomach pains is CRAZY...I take them like once a week..esp on a Sunday nights..How much weight did you lose on those and how often did you take?

That was years back. My aunt was the one who introduce it to me. I was in waiting for my O levels result then. I didnt take them afterwards but I still remember how bad the churning was and how many times I had to go to the toilet. I loose quite a lot of weight. I remembered very well. Dunno how much but must be at least 10kg, cause I skipped a few sizes down.

Until now, I wont go on Teh Kampung. Im really afraid of the bad diarrhea! Never!
