college dieting

Ok, so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas how I could try to diet while eating college campus food. I currently go to the gym 5-6 days a week and do 40 minutes of cardio with some minimal weight training afterwards. I have been trying to lose weight for some time now and have not been able to succeed. I have not been eating fried foods, I have been staying away from french fries and foods with excessive carbs. I don't think there is much else for me to try.

If you have any suggestions please let me know. Thank you.

Well, if you're eating the campus food, try just eating half of everything. I don't know if that will help but it's a suggestion. Maybe you've already tried that, I don't know. Good luck though.
