Ok, so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas how I could try to
diet while eating college campus food. I currently go to the
gym 5-6 days a week and do 40 minutes of
cardio with some minimal weight training afterwards. I have been trying to lose weight for some time now and have not been able to succeed. I have not been eating fried foods, I have been staying away from french fries and foods with excessive carbs. I don't think there is much else for me to try.
If you have any suggestions please let me know. Thank you.
