So its been getting pretty warm lately around where I live, and I'm realizing that due to all my excess insulation I am now sweating when it nears 70 degrees. So what will I do when its 100? Well I remember what I did last year, when I was gaining all the weight. I was in max ac all the time. Always as low as it would go in the house and while driving. Thats sad. Now I am trying things like tricking my body into thinking its hotter than it is. So even though I can be outside in a t-shirt when its cold and not freeze, I wear as much as I can without sweating profusely. Seems to be working, I don't crave as much food when I'm hot. Thats just one of my new theories. Anyone else have some thoughts on how they trick their body into slimming down?
i do it with speeding up metabolism. for intance did you know eating spicy food can speed up your metabolism for a whole 3 hours AFTER you eat it? i also drink lots of green tea and sometimes add green tea supplements.
your right about the body fat. when i was heavier, i was hot and never wore a coat in winter. now i'm freezing all the time so at least i look normal wearing a coat just like everyone else.
