Alright, let's start off. I'm new here (I'm really not one for formalities lol, sorry)
I'm actually an 18 year old girl that weighs 208 (as of recently) lbs. I am 5 '8 so one doesn't really notice my size. However, I do.
I've actually started dieting and exercising a little more than a week now. I suppose this would be Day 9. And here's how it goes:
I started at 206.5 lbs... And then with the myriad of exercise and for the first time in my life, healthy eating habits, I've not actually LOST weight, I've gone up to 208.2 lbs. (Well I think I dropped to 204 and then went back up). And now I'm so confused, and sooo disillusioned, as I'm trying to do this amidst studying to get into med school this fall!
Can anyone tell me what's going on, why, and is it normal?????
