~A Pedometer will be needed if at all possible~
Goals:
- Eat Healthy/Have Portion Control -
- First Week - Each Day *Walk 500 Steps
- 2nd Week - *ADD 500 more for each day and so on...
This can be a great support group.

The steps are 'exercise related.' Not steps you take around the house or anything like that.
That's what makes it a challenge.. |

Have you set up your stride on it?
Mine is a Walking Advantage SportLine and hubby had to measure my stride and then compute it in the pedometer. (It was $19.99 at Academy Sports) |
